We can help arranging the flight tickets from Quito to Coca Airport.
Currently there aren´t flights available from Quito to Lago Agrio (Cuyabeno Area) and back to Quito.
From Quito to Lago Agrio and back to Quito, there´s a private tourist night bus available for $ 77 p.p. both ways. The bus departs from the Secret Garden Hotel and from the Blue House Youth, the night before the tour starts.
The bus brings you to ´El Puente´, where the tour starts. A breakfast is included in the price.
When we make the reservation for the jungle tour, we can reserve the tickets for the bus too. You can pay the bus tickets directly with the chauffeur of the bus.
I travel alone, what are my options for a jungle tour?
If you travel alone, you can book a shared room with a person of the same gender. If you prefer to have a single room, a single supplement will be added to the price for the tour. This supplement depends on the jungle lodge.

Frequently asked questions: when and how do I receive my documents needed for my jungle tour?
After we receive your full payment, you will receive the voucher for the tour (and the flight tickets) via e-mail or via WhatsApp.
How do I make a reservation?
If you see a jungle tour of your interest on our website, you can write us an e-mail or fill in the request form. We will check availability for the tour, for the dates you would like to travel. If the tour is available, we will take a hold for the room for the tour.
To make the reservation for one of the tours, we would like to receive the following information:
- a copy of your passports
- the food restrictions for during the tour
- the name and phone number of a person in your home country who we can call in case of emergency
- the name and phone number of the hotel, where you spend the night before the tour starts.
- your phone- or WhatsApp number, where we can call you the hours before the bus ride to the Cuyabeno Area (in case of emergency).
We also would like to know how you would like to make the payment.
Once we received the payment we will make the reservation for the tour for you. After receiving the voucher for the tour from the jungle lodge, we will send it to you by e-mail or to your WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions: How can I pay for the tour?
We offer different options for the payment for a jungle tour:
- By making a bank transfer into our Ecuadorian bank account. We charge a $40 fee to cover expenses that the banks charges us for receiving your money.
- By credit card. Here we have to charge 4% administration costs.
We will have to add this to the amount due. If you´re interested in paying the tour with a credit card, we will send a payment link to your email direction. - By Western Union Bank.
- Cash. If you are already in Ecuador, you can pay the tour in cash (US Dollars) with a deposit directly into our Ecuadorian bank account.
Do I have to pay directly for the jungle tour?
If you book a jungle tour with us, and the departure is in between 60 days before the start of the tour, we would like to receive the payment as soon as possible. If you book a tour further ahead in time, then we ask for a 30% deposit to confirm your reservation and full payment 60 days before departure.

What do I need to bring to the jungle?
- one or two extra towels.
- slippers.
- hiking shoes.
- socks.
- shorts.
- light weight trousers.
- swimming gear.
- fleece jacker or light jumper (for at night).
- cap or hat.
- sunscreen.
- mosquito repellent.
- camara.
- passport.
- personal toiletries.
You can take a maximum of 20 kilos to the jungle if you fly. We recommend not to bring any food because of the humidity in the Amazon basin.
Are there any extra costs besides the jungle tour?
Besides the cost for the jungle tour you pay for your flight tickets from Quito to Coca to Quito (if needed) .
Furthermore, a small entrance fee to the local communities is asked for. Drinks like water, tea, coffee, are usually included. For soft and alcoholic drinks there are additional costs. Also take into account that you will be asked to leave a tip for the crew members and the guide.
Are meals and beverages included during the tour?
During the tour 3 meals a day are included, starting with a box lunch on day 1 and ending with breakfast on the last day of the tour. Also, coffee, tea and water are included. Not included are sodas and alcoholic beverages.
