Amazon Dolphin Lodge
Amazon Dolphin Lodge is located within the Pañacocha Protected Forest. The forest is a Biological Corridor in the center, connecting Yasuni National Park and the Cuyabeno Wildlife Production Reserve.
Pañacocha is classified as a Tropical Rainforest. You can observe monkeys, marmots, otters, caimans, and the Amazon pink river dolphin in this forest.
The small Pañacocha Lagoon is located in the territory of the Kichwa San José de Guayusa Commune. Its landscape is open with a panoramic water mirror. The area is surrounded by natural herbaceous, shrubby, and tree vegetation without apparent human impacts.
The Lodge Cabins
The hotel was built according to the highest standards of quality. By using materials native to the zone such as sugar cane and vegetal straws. This allows the hotel to maintain the place’s harmony in a symbiosis that allows our guests to have full night sleeps and to be awaken by the sounds of birds singing.
The Lodge consists of 11 comfortable single, double and triple spacious individual huts, blending harmoniously with the ecosystem. The cabins are made with typical materials from the region. They are all equipped with a private bathroom with hot-water shower, hammocks, closet, nightstand, mosquito net, and lamp.
